Door to door warranty
Most of the sales on www.modeperes.co.uk website ends without difficulties, however in case of problems with a purchase, with the Door to Door customer guarantee, we want to make sure buyers receive their items without wasting precious time or having other inconveniences; we have created a dedicated path for returning items or receiving the spare
parts directly at home provided that certain requirements are met.
Buyers can use the Door to Door Customer Warranty when:
1. An object is defective or has been damaged by couriers.
2. An item received does not conform to the description.
3. An item is returned for a change of mind by the buyer and within the limits of the seller’s return policy (for an additional fee of £35).
What to do in one of these above cases:
The buyer has 15 working days to open a claim for an object that does not conform to the description by sending us a photo of the product received at the following address

Many retailers are committed to solving the problem encountered by collaborating with buyers; where a solution cannot be found, we can help. We work with several retailers to ensure that buyers receive the item they paid or are reimbursed.
According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, every product covered by the purchase orders placed on this site is guaranteed by modeperes.co.uk for the entire EU territory, for 2 years, starting from its delivery, for all manufacturing defects.
To obtain the repair or replacement under warranty terms, the buyer will NOT have to bring the purchased product to a branch or an allowed help Centre but contact us via e-mail
email@example.com, WhatsApp or by consulting the site Return Policy section on www.modeperes.co.uk site).
Modeperes, where the requirements are met, will ship the new parts or replace the entire product purchased as a whole, having regard to the evaluation criteria set forth in the Consumer Right Act 2015.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and the tear of accessories, consumable spare parts or, with products with rechargeable batteries, their progressive loss of efficiency.
Right of withdrawal
The supplier of the requested products is Mode Peres Ltd, Company Number 12176927, registered office 57, Rawsthorne Street, Bolton BL1 3QQ. As required by Council Directive 85/577 / EEC of 20 December 1985 for consumer protection, each customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 15 days from delivery of the product by a request by registered mail, email or by calling our customer service.
Items must be returned intact and complete with all accessories in their original packaging and with adequate packaging. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned, and the desired compensation: size change, Store Credit, or refund. The reimbursement does not include the shipping costs for returning the package and the cost of the cash on delivery; with free shipping, £8.90 will be deducted from the total
refund, unless the goods are damaged or defective, in which case the return shipping costs will be at our expense. The customer can request the return of the product. Mode Peres facilitates the customer by sending its courier to collect the product at a price of approximately £35 but varies according to the collection postcode.
Mode Peres reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.
Mode Peres will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
